Весна — все таке. 🍀 Стартап, який не старт, і який не ап. Почав я у програмування в 12 років, вже тоді було бажання створювати. Не просто створити якийсь скрипт, а те, що буде працювати самостійно і на віка (або ж виконувати свої прямі функції ідеально). Мені 12-річному було цікаві були ігри. З них і розпочався шлях мого бачення. Створював своє, підбадьорював інших робити зі мною - робили. Навіть були перші дивіденди (не великі звісно), не завжди все було успішно. Надихало. Довго шукав, як зробити команду, яка працювала в команді, яка б працювала просто як єдиний механізм. Чи дійсно можливо це? Мабуть. В процесі. Зараз мені 19. У моїй структурі Vision Core Dev — 20 людей. Більшість з них - підлітки 14-15 років. Я прям згадую, як я хотів заробити хоч щось, і шукав. Я даю їм можливість, якої в мене не було (проявити свої навички в чомусь серйозному). Мій стартап сьогодні — це збиткова ноша. Кожен місяць я особисто та мій товариш оплачуємо з основної своїх зарплат, щоб він жив. Нуль гривень прибутку, лише витрати. Ми створили платформу для обліку задач і фінансів — наш "Vision Core Hub", бо готові рішення або недосконалі, або занадто дорогі (да, зробити своє рішення зробити як виявилось дешевше). Зараз націлений на розвиток окремої платформи-з-нуля для основної роботи, виведення його у MVP у рекордні терміни. І далі буду паралельно працювати над маленькими своїми рішеннями. Ну і сподіваюсь, що до літа зможемо випустити один з проєктів.

Про автоматизацію. Хтось думає, що це просто “зроби бота”. Хтось - що це вже ціла супермегасистема. Але суть не в ботах і навіть не в коді. Автоматизація - це про систематизацію даних. Спочатку треба привести все до порядку, а потім запускати кругообіг цих даних. Це не "полегшення роботи" комусь. Це про створення структури, де дані компанії стають ресурсом. І тільки коли вони систематизовані - з’являється аналітика, планування й прогнозування. Усе інше — просто приємні бенефіти 🧬
